Jay has a distinguished background in the real estate and mortgage industries, having served as an owner, manager, and professor. He holds a master's degree from the University of Toronto, along with numerous certifications in Securities, Insurance, Real Estate, and Mortgages. In his leisure time, Jay enjoys reading classic literature and partaking in outdoor activities such as canoeing and hiking in the majestic landscapes of Canada. He is deeply passionate about coaching and mentoring young professionals.

Boris Zeljkovic, a seasoned Mortgage Agent and Mortgage Underwriter with over 12 years of experience in the industry. Over the years, he has honed his skills in guiding clients through the complexities of mortgage processes, ensuring they secure the best possible financing options tailored to their needs. Boris's expertise lies in both originating mortgages as an agent and meticulously evaluating loan applications as an underwriter, offering a comprehensive perspective on the lending landscape.
