Breezeful Brokerage Terms of Use

These terms of use ("Terms") govern your use of the Breezeful brokerage platform's Google Business Profile integration. By connecting your Google Business Profile to Breezeful, you agree to these Terms.

1. Scope of Service

The Google Business integration allows Breezeful to retrieve and display information from your Google Business Profile on your Breezeful partner page. This includes your business reviews, hours of operation, and location details.

2. Read-Only Access

Breezeful accesses your Google Business Profile in a read-only capacity. We do not edit, update, delete, or otherwise modify any data on your Google Business Profile. No changes will be made to your Google Business listing through our platform.

3. Google Terms and Policies

Your use of this integration is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google's policies, Google's policies will prevail with respect to the use of Google data.

4. User Responsibilities

By using this integration, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the owner or authorized manager of the Google Business Profile you connect to Breezeful.
• You have the authority to grant Breezeful access to your Google Business Profile data.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your Google Business Profile information.

5. Data Accuracy

Breezeful displays information as retrieved from your Google Business Profile. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information displayed. The content shown on your partner page reflects the data available from Google at the time of retrieval.

6. Disconnection and Termination

You may disconnect your Google Business Profile from Breezeful at any time through your brokerage admin settings. You may also revoke Breezeful's access through your Google Account permissions. Upon disconnection, we will delete your stored OAuth tokens and cached business data. Breezeful reserves the right to suspend or terminate the integration at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Breezeful shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Google Business integration, including but not limited to damages resulting from inaccurate data display, service interruptions, or loss of access to Google Business data.

8. Modifications

Breezeful may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Google Business integration, you agree to be bound by the current version of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that province.
