Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Kim. It’s been 4 business days, my deal has been funded. Absolutely mind blown. I reached out to her last Thursday about needing a second mortgage for debt consolidation. After telling her the amount I was looking for, she actually called me and we talked more about my financial situation and explained it made more sense to increase amount to pay off all debt, along with visuals to help. So, we did. Deal was submitted Friday, and by Monday I’d heard back that we were conditionally approved. I was able to get all documents done yesterday, paperwork signed off on and today got word the deal has been funded. I’ve never seen a deal close so fast, and it could not have come at a better time. I am so grateful for Kim’s work on this. Her advice has helped my financial situation, and her efficiency has made that help arrive way sooner than I ever expected.
